What exactly is an Ebook?
Put simply, ebooks are electronic books that can be read on a
computer screen.
Ebooks offer a high level of
interactivity not possible in print editions. Due to the
helpful links and resources in our ebooks, the digital format is
much more advantageous than a printed copy. With one click of
your mouse you can easily visit any of the resources and
links.
Ebooks can be delivered in an instant and
at no cost via direct download from the Internet. All
the ebooks available on ausight.com.au are compatible with
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows Me, Windows 2000,
or Windows XP, that also has Internet Explorer 4 or later
installed.

Do I need any special software?
Some of the ebooks you'll find online require that you download
and install special 'reader' software. This is not the case with
the ebooks available here on ausight.com.au.
Our ebooks require no
special software and are compatible with
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows Me, Windows 2000,
or Windows XP. The only other
requirement is that you have Internet Explorer (version 4 or
higher) installed on your PC.

How do I
download and read your ebooks?
Your ebooks will be downloadable immediately after a successful
credit card payment. Click the download link in the bottom of the
"Your Order has been Processed" page. Clicking the
Download Link will
launch the Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder
(directory) on your PC to save the ebook in (e.g. My Documents).
Once the ebook is downloaded, open the folder where you saved
the ebook and double-click the icon to start reading. The
download link will be valid for 7 days started from the date of
purchase. You might download it immediately or log in to your
account at Ausight's purchase centre to download it later. Please
be noted that the Download Link can only be clicked once because
directories are only available to download once.

Can
I copy or print my ebooks?
In order to protect the
Ausight's copyright, our eBooks are not copyable or printable.

Do you accept online credit card payment?
Yes, we do. Payment by credit card is most convenient
both for customers and Ausight. We can accept major credit cards
such as Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card statement will show
the supplier as Ausight Company Merrylands.
No matter which country you come
from, online payment by credit card allows you to get Ausight
Importers Directory immediately. Once you have entered credit card
details and our payment gateway has successfully authorised it,
you will be directed to the "Your Order has been Processed"
page where you can download ebooks you just ordered. The
total purchasing and downloading can be done by yourself at any
time and in any place.

Which
currency/currencies do you accept?
Currently
we only accept US Dollars (USD). The amount charged to your card
will be the equivalent, in your currency, of the amount of your

How do I claim my refund
after purchase?

longer operate a refund policy for eBooks, since we became aware
that this system was open to abuse by people copying and keeping
an eBook, and then demanding a refund. However, with our unique

risk-free.

How are ebooks delivered?
Once your secure payment has
been authorized (which typically takes a few seconds), you'll be
directed to "Thank You for Your Payment" web page where your ebook will be ready
for immediate download.
Please
making sure to save ebook on your local disk first before open
it. To begin
downloading, simply click the download link. This will
launch the Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder
(directory) on your PC to save the ebook in (e.g. My Documents).
