Guarantee Policy

However, in case where an importer changes its address or phone number there will be an incorrect entry in our directories. We (and will always) go to great lengths in order to ensure that situation like this occurs as infrequently as possible.
In order to ensure the highest quality of our Directories, we also introduce a unique Guarantee Policy. That is, if you believe the contact information contained in Ausight Importers Directory is inaccurate or out of date, please do not hesitate to report to us. In return, we will offer you a FREE One-for-One replacement, if that entry is wrong based on our following investigation.
Our partners throughout the world collect importers information from more than 70 major industry trade shows. Therefore, we always have new data added to our importers database.
